I've had Hunan fish fillet before and I saw that they had it, so I wanted to give this restaurant a try! I really liked the dish! The fish tasted fresh, it had a good soy sauce flavor and also a hint of sweetness as well. I kind of wish that the fish was more crispy, but I do think the sauce is what made it taste really really good! The vegetables were also very crunchy and added a more texture overall. I would definitely support this small business again and try something new! :) ”
